C.C.S. Limited offer a full custom coating and converting facility, where we invite customers to provide their own materials in order for us to convert into a finished product.
C.C.S. Limited wish to help their customers develop tailor made products to suit their specific requirements. A range of materials can be used, for example: Films, Papers, Tissues, Non Wovens and Speciality Laminates. This service is available with hot melt rubber resin and emulsion acrylic adhesive systems.
To comliment the full range of conversion equipment on site, we are able to offer a corona treatment service which is essential when coating onto low energy surfaces ie: Foams and Films.

Small Rewind Slitter
Small Roll Conversion:- This enables us to convert adhesive tape into various sizes onto 19mm, 25mm and 38mm i.d cores.
A number of conversions are currently carried out for large label manufacturers. |

Rotary Die Cutter
Our state of the art Rotary Die Cutter Machine enables us to convert an array of products into small shapes including foam pads and discs with the option of perforations. |

Large Rewind Slitter
This machine is capable of slitting material in widths from 25mm to 1500mm with a maximum overall diameter of 500mm using both shear and razor blades.
Having differential airshafts, this machine will make light work of poor caliper materials. |

Allowing quick turnaround of material, this high speed rewinder allows us to offer a competitive service with a maximum width of 1500mm. |

Lathe Slitter
This machine will slit an array of materials from 2mm to 1500mm wide.
